Jim Fleeting, the Scottish FA Director of Football Development and former Tampa Bay Rowdie met with Celtic FC Florida. He addressed the coaching staff with an hour long presentation about coaching development. Topics such as the 7 E’s (Engage, Educate, Equip, Encourage, Empower, Energize and Elevate) were presented in detail. This was a very informative session for all who attend.
