In partnership with Celtic Football Club in Glasgow Scotland, Celtic FC Florida is proud to present the 2014 Celtic FC International Soccer Camp! This camp for ages 6-15 is a unique opportunity for young players to receive direction and instruction from trainers and coaches from the Youth Academy of the legendary Champions League soccer club. Campers will advance their skills and enjoyment of the game through technical skills development, small sided games, skills testing along with feedback and advice from the staff of International Instructors. These instructors will include Grieg Robertson, International Academy Director, Celtic FC Youth Academy Team Coach and recently of Next Football Star TV fame; along with Jonathan Burns, a Celtic FC Youth Academy Team Coach. We will also offer specific goalkeeper training at the camp with Jonathan McFarlane, goalkeeper trainer for the Celtic FC Youth Academy working directly with the keepers. The coaches will also specially select a minimum of two campers to attend a week of training in Scotland with Celtic FC.
The Celtic FC International Soccer Camp will run from Monday July 7th to Friday July 11th. Camp times are from 9:00am to 3:00pm daily. the camp will be held at the Seminole Junior Warhawks Fields off of Walsingham Road at 125th Street in Largo Florida. Less than a mile from the Gulf beaches!

Q: Is lunch available?
A: Yes, you may have your child bring their lunch of course, or lunch can be purchased in advance on a daily or full camp basis. Each day Celtic will be having a local vendor provide lunch. (Chick-Fil-A, Subway, etc). You will a receive an e-mail offering you the chance to participate in the meal program after registering. If there are special dietary needs please let us know in advance.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Yes. Full refunds will be given prior to July 1, 2014. Rain Dates for the camp will be the Saturday and Sunday following the scheduled camp. No refunds will be available unless the rain dates are cancelled due to weather or inclement conditions. If that occurs we will refund $40 per day.
Q: When should we arrive and when should we pick up the campers?
A: The daily camp hours are 9:00am through 3:00pm. We ask that parents drop off their campers a few minutes before 9:00am so that we may start on time. We also ask that the parents be on site prior to 3:00pm so that no one has to wait for their rides. It is also a good idea to arrive 15-20 minutes early the first day of camp.
Q: Who are the coaches and trainers?
A: The primary trainers and coaches are from the famed Youth Academy of the legendary Celtic FC Champions League soccer club in Glasgow Scotland. They will be supplemented by the excellent youth coaches from our club, Celtic FC Florida.
Q: Will campers receive any jerseys?
A: Yes! All campers will receive a custom camp jersey. make sure you enter the correct size needed during the online registration process.
Q: What is involved in the selection of the players to attend training in Scotland?
A: The 3 Celtic FC coaches will specially select a minimum of two campers to attend a week of training in Scotland with Celtic FC based upon their performance at the camp. Celtic FC Florida will pick up the cost of the players airfare and Celtic FC will provide a week’s training with their teams and coaches at their facilities, as well as provide all transfers to and from training.
