Goalkeeper training is as follows weekly:

The ICA Fitness and Conditioning Course is specifically designed to improve the coaches understanding in all the important areas of fitness training.

The program provides tools needed to evaluate and develop a top class fitness and conditioning program for teams. Warm Ups, Isolation Training, Speed Development, Strength Training, Stamina Training, Flexibility Training, Rhythm Training, Mobility Training, Cool Down’s, and Fitness Testing.

Paul is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc who is the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning, supporting and disseminate research-based knowledge and its practical application to improve athletic performance and fitness.
