The Celtic FC Florida U-12 Boys entered the Largo March Madness Tournament looking to make their 5th consecutive final. They eased their way through group play and accomplished the feat they set out to. During group play the beat Dunedin (8-0), Houston Dynamo (7-2), and Jacksonville Fury (4-0). The tough part came during the Houston Dynamo game where they weren’t at their best and ended up tied 2-2 at the half. However, in the first 15 minutes of the second half they played with a different mindset and scored 5 goals in about 12 minutes to take control of the game. In the Final they met a familiar foe in Lutz Rangers Juventus. A team they have seen numerous times this year they prevailed to a 3-0 victory in the Final. Throughout the tournament they scored an astounding 22 goals with 8 different goal scorers in 4 games and only gave up 2. The boys should be proud of themselves. Five straight finals is a tough thing to do and they came out on top in the Largo tournament to claim their 2nd overall tournament Championship.

The Celtic FC Florida U9 CDP Girls team was also victorious at the Largo Tourney. This new team made up of players from other Celtic teams won their first three games while playing together for the first time.  They out scored their opponents 13-1 in their first three games. Then in the final, they bested Oldsmar 2-0 for the championship
